INLLEN is working to support school, education providers and community organisations working with young people with a disability.
The Local Area Transition Pilot has now come to an end. The project was funded by the Department of Human Services (DHS) for an 18 month period to trial a whole of life planning approach for students with a disability. This involved Project Coordinator, Sarah Every to undertake a whole of life planning for students with a disability as well as connecting the young person with their community, recreational services and social activities with the goal of increasing independence.
